Prior to joining ProCapita, Amar worked for another global recruitment firm in Jakarta. Before this he worked for a number of leading insurance companies in Indonesia in a business development and sales capacity and had significant team management responsibilities.
Amar has completed a large variety of challenging hires, assisting multinational, local conglomerate and start-up businesses. As a Manager he is responsible for business development, client management, assignment long-listing, candidate development and assessment, offer stage negotiations and reference checking.
Amar earnt a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Trade from Victoria University, Australia and in his spare time likes to watch mixed martial arts and learn about astronomy.
