Payam, an Indonesian Citizen, has been living and working in Jakarta for nearly 20 years. He is fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

As a Manager Payam specializes in start-to-finish Executive Recruitment for the CEO level down to Manager level. He is able to assist clients with challenging hires in any industry and for any type of job function.
Prior to joining ProCapita, Payam worked for large international consulting firms in Indonesia providing services across headhunting, wealth management and real estate. Previously he worked in sales and marketing for a major FMCG firm in Jakarta. Throughout his career he has been focused on business development and account management.
Payam has completed a large variety of challenging hires, assisting multinational, local conglomerate and start-up businesses. He is responsible for originating new clients and performing full assignment execution, including candidate talent pool research / long-listing / assessment, client-candidate interview scheduling, offer and negotiation and reference checking. He works tirelessly until a successful hire is made.
Payam earnt a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Business from Edith Cowan University, Australia and in his free time enjoys being around his family and visiting new destinations in Indonesia.
