Our Executive Search Process


Day 1 Briefing Call - our Headhunters listen to a clients needs, ask smart questions and establish:

  • Ideal background sought
  • Specific skills required
  • Work experience needed
  • Personality type desired


Once the assignment briefing is clear we immediately commence Talent Pool Long-Listing:

  • We analyse all competitors
  • We think out of the box - if the talent pool is limited we look for people with the right skills and experiences working in different industry sectors
  • We identify all Potential Candidates


Once the talent pool is established we commence dialogue with all targeted professionals;

  • We directly approach each individual, effectively market our Client and the opportunity
  • We establish if a person is a good fit based on our Clients requirements
  • We excite the Executives


We start submitting the CVs of Qualified and Interested Candidates within 7 days;

  • Our client reviews profiles & requests any additional information
  • They provide CV feedback & select which Candidates to interview
  • ProCapita coordinates all interview scheduling


Once a preferred candidate is selected, we commence the final stage of the Recruitment process:

  • We perform Reference Checks
  • We gather evidence of current compensation data
  • We handle Offer and Negotiation, based on our Clients instructions
  • We secure the Chosen Executive


Once the offer letter is signed, we maintain frequent communication with the candidate until start date:

  • We guide them on their resignation process
  • We act as the Clients eyes and ears, looking for any signs of trouble, such as counter-offer situations
  • We keep in touch with the executive during their first weeks of employment
