He has completed Indonesia Executive Search for all key job functions; C Level, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Strategy, Operations, Plant Management, Procurement, Distribution, Quality Control, Supply Chain, R&D.

Prior to joining ProCapita Headhunter Indonesia, Payam worked for international consulting firms across headhunting, wealth management and real estate. Previously he worked in sales and marketing for a major FMCG firm in Jakarta.

Over the years - and through huge effort - Payam has proven that “no hire is too challenging”. He works tirelessly to ensure that each client recruits the very best Executive Talent possible.
